Frequently asked questions
When exactly do you launch?
We don’t announce a fixed date. The platform opens in waves: the first early-access wave is a small group of partners we verify manually — together we polish the platform and gather feedback before letting the next waves in. Joining the wishlist secures your place in the queue, and you get an email when your wave opens.
Do I need to run a registered business?
Yes. The contract is signed directly between you and the client. The platform only plays the role of an intermediary in the booking and transaction process.
Do I have to change my prices?
No. You build your offer in the system dashboard based on the standard packages you already sell. You decide the scope and the prices. Artificially inflating your prices on the platform lowers your profile ranking in search or removes the profile entirely.
Why take bookings through the platform?
Every booking completed through seqnde strengthens your profile. The system analyses the number and regularity of collaborations and builds your partner rank. The higher the rank, the more visible your profile is on the platform, which increases the chance of further inquiries and bookings. The most active partners also receive extra perks such as special badges, higher exposure and access to selected features and programmes.
Can I keep taking bookings outside the platform?
Yes. You can continue selling and delivering services independently. The platform is an additional, automated sales channel that runs in parallel with your existing work.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. You confirm each booking individually in your dashboard. You decide which dates and projects you take on.
